18 Gauge Sheet Metal - What do you guys think is the best way to handle this task. It'll make that ram job a struggle unless all the metal is clean and full. I'll be mig welding new sheet metal to the floor and some frame work also. I can order 3 times the metal + shipping from cutsmetal.com for what lowe's wants for 1 sheet. The.030 would be fine on that heavy 18 gage and tubing.but the 2015 ram sheetmetal is too thin for it.
